The rose garden

rose garden

Roses have been known and used to adorn gardens for several thousand years and are unquestionably one of the best-loved plants for their flowers and scent.

Jean-Marie Pelt Botanical Garden’s rose garden offers a wide range of varieties from the most rustic rose bushes to modern cultivars.

In recent years, the collection has included certain hardy plants, such as geraniums, yarrow, hemerocallis and irises, which are home to many auxiliary insects.
